Trip Details
This trip is about powder, fresh runs and mountain air. Packages are designed around your goals for the trip, whether that’s hitting the slopes hard, taking it easy or a combination of the two. All of the details are covered. Ski rentals, itinerary, transportation, lift tickets….it all adds up. When you only have a few precious days to get away, you shouldn’t be spending the time in lines, getting gear, waiting for one thing after another. You should be spending your time enjoying fresh powder, exploring the mountains, and relaxing in the hot tub.
With Apex Ex we have you covered. You are set up with the best itinerary based on weather conditions and your preferences. When you arrive at the airport, you will have everything you need. Your guide, transportation, equipment, lift tickets, and accommodations. We will take care of meals, driving, logistics… all you have to do is relax.
This package is available in two styles: Wholesome & Luxury. We recommend them both! Either way you will have a blast. The luxury trip upgrades include gourmet/organic meals as well as luxury accomodations.
This trip is unique in that it allows beginners and advanced riders to hit the slopes at their level. You can take a lesson for the day if you are new, ski the slopes with your friends or a guide, or cat ski deep powder if you have enough experience. Green, Blue, Black and Double Black riders can all enjoy this trip in different ways.

Gratuity: The outdoor industry depends on gratuity to ensure quality in the field. Your guide goes to incredible lengths to keep you safe on Longs Peak. A tip of thirty to sixty dollars per person per day is recommended for excellent service.
Cancellation Policy: There is a 50% refund available for trips canceled more than 2 weeks in advanced. All trips are non-refundable within 2 weeks of the trip date. In the case of inclement weather prior to the trip start you will be credited the amount paid for future use with Apex Ex valid for up to 1 year from the scheduled trip date.
Responsibility: In the case that a member of the party becomes sick or injured it is the responsibility of the group to abandon the summit attempt and assist in rescue. Additionally, if for any reason the guide determines the group is in unreasonable danger, it is the responsibility of the climbing members to stay with the guide. These situations are part of mountaineering and are non-refundable.
